Transparency Report

Reading note. This Policy explains how Tirvea reports on moderation and requests, and what we intend to publish. It contains no figures: transparency statistics are not yet published, and we will publish them once our reporting is established.

1. Purpose

Purpose. To explain how WiseWave Limited reports transparency information about content moderation, enforcement, appeals, authority requests, and child-safety and automated-moderation activity on Tirvea, and to state honestly what is and is not yet published.

2. Scope

Purpose. To state what this Policy covers. It covers transparency reporting for the Tirvea platform. It defines the categories we intend to publish and their data sources. It does not set the moderation rules themselves (Trust and Safety Policy) or the appeals process (Appeals Policy, /legal/appeals), and it does not itself contain the report; when figures are published, they will appear as a dated transparency report.

3. Our Commitment to Transparency

Purpose. To state our commitment. We believe members deserve to understand how the platform is moderated and how we respond to requests. We commit to publishing transparency information on a regular basis once our reporting is established, to describing our methodology, and to being clear about the limits of the data - including where a metric is not yet available.

4. Data Sources

Purpose. To identify where figures will come from. Our internal systems already record the underlying events that transparency figures are built from: member reports, moderation cases, appeals and their outcomes, account-status changes (suspensions and bans), verification operations, and an administrative audit trail. Transparency figures, when published, will be aggregated from these sources; the aggregation pipeline is being built (see §14).

5. Content Moderation

Purpose. To describe moderation reporting. We intend to report on content moderation activity - the volume of items actioned, the categories of policy involved, and the split between automated and human review. Moderation combines configurable automated providers with human review for consequential decisions. Figures are not yet published.

6. Reports

Purpose. To describe reporting on member reports. We intend to report the number of reports received from members, broken down by category where practicable, and how they were handled. The underlying reports are recorded internally; figures are not yet published.

7. Removals

Purpose. To describe reporting on removals. We intend to report content removals and other content actions taken as a result of moderation or reports, by category. Figures are not yet published.

8. Appeals

Purpose. To describe reporting on appeals. We intend to report the number of appeals submitted against enforcement decisions and their outcomes (for example upheld or reinstated). Appeals and their events are recorded internally; figures are not yet published.

9. Suspensions and Bans

Purpose. To describe reporting on enforcement outcomes. We intend to report account suspensions and bans, distinguishing temporary suspensions from permanent removals. Account status is recorded internally; figures are not yet published.

10. Law Enforcement Requests

Purpose. To describe reporting on authority requests. We intend to report the number of law-enforcement and other authority requests received, the number where some data was disclosed, and emergency requests, consistent with the Law Enforcement Guidelines (/legal/law-enforcement). There is no dedicated request register yet, so these figures are not yet available. [Legal review required before publication - establish the register.]

11. Child Safety

Purpose. To describe reporting on child safety. We intend to report on child-safety actions in a manner consistent with the Child Safety Policy (/legal/child-safety) and applicable law, and with appropriate care not to disclose information that could harm investigations or victims. The platform does not operate automated child-safety detection, so there are no automated-detection figures; any manual actions would be compiled for reporting. Figures are not yet published.

12. AI and Automated Moderation

Purpose. To describe reporting on automated moderation. We intend to report on automated (AI-assisted) moderation: the extent of automated review, and the principle that automation may flag or temporarily suspend pending review but does not make permanent adverse decisions - those are made by a human, consistent with the AI Moderation Policy (/legal/ai-moderation). Figures are not yet published.

13. Reporting Cadence and Format

Purpose. To describe how and how often we will report. We intend to publish a transparency report on a regular cadence (for example periodically), covering a defined reporting period, with methodology notes and category definitions. The specific cadence and first reporting period will be confirmed. [Legal review required before publication - set the cadence and first period.]

14. Current Status of Metrics

Purpose. To be completely clear about the present position. No transparency figures are currently published. The internal data sources exist, but the aggregation and reporting pipeline is being built, and some inputs (notably a law-enforcement request register and compiled child-safety actions) are not yet in place. We will publish figures once they can be produced accurately; we will not publish estimated or provisional numbers presented as measured. [Legal review required before publication.]

15. Policy Updates

Purpose. To explain changes. We may update this Policy as our reporting matures, including to begin publishing figures and to define categories and cadence. The current version and effective date are shown on this page.
